Responsibilities

• Be the operational hands‑on lead ensuring tasks and objectives are delivered by the team in your area.
• Coach the team to hit targets such as upselling and promotions.
• Carry out audits and ensure compliance in accommodation and other departments.
• Maintain clear communication from Managers to teams and ensure plans are executed.
• Monitor guest feedback, act on issues, and uphold brand standards.
