Job summary

Hoburne Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Leisure Team Supervisor to lead our poolside operations across evenings and weekends, ensuring high standards of service and safety for pool users and staff.

You will manage weekly rotas, supervise events, and maintain hygiene and display of posters. Desirable qualifications include Level 3 Pool Plant Operations, NPLQ or STA with at least 2 years’ experience, and a flexible, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Hold Level 3 Pool Plant Operations Qualification (Desirable).
• Hold a NPLQ or STA qualification & have at least 2 years’ experience working on poolside.
• Be committed to exemplary customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly staff rotas.
• Ensure display of weekly events / function posters.
• Maintain hygiene levels in the swimming pool area, surrounds and plant rooms to a high standard.
• Supervise and control bathing sessions.
• Ensure the safety of swimming pool users and co-workers at all times and with any equipment used.
• Assist in setting up and removing equipment for events around the pool or surrounding area when required.
