Job summary

Places Leisure is seeking an enthusiastic Lifeguard Supervisor to join our team. You will oversee pool operations, supervise customers and fellow lifeguards, and ensure the safety and comfort of all pool users.

Customer service and cleanliness are priorities as you respond quickly to queries and maintain high standards of H&S. With NPLQ essential and full training provided if needed, you will work poolside, be a competent swimmer, and contribute to a safe, friendly environment for the community.

Qualifications

• NPLQ is essential.
• Training provided if Pool Plant Operations License is not held.
• Previous supervisor experience is advantageous.
• Competent swimmer and safety-conscious for poolside work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise customers and lifeguards.
