Qualifications

  • Previous experience with polymer processing equipment and bulk chemical handling.

Responsibilities

  • Processing various polymer materials for potting and encapsulation.
  • Operating polymer processing equipment and handling bulk chemicals.
  • Priming components to ensure optimal adhesion between substrates and polymers.
  • Operating, calibrating, and maintaining laboratory equipment.
  • Ensuring adherence to strict engineering production standards and controls.
  • Completing production documentation in line with ISO9001 requirements.
  • Preparing and assembling moulds.
  • Maintaining high housekeeping standards within the laboratory.
  • Working effectively as part of a team in a production environment.

Skills

Knowledge of GLP, COSHH, and ISO standards
Competency in Microsoft Office packages
Strong awareness of Health & Safety regulations
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
