Job summary

Todd Hayes Ltd is recruiting a Customer Service Representative for a Norwich-based manufacturing client. The role is full-time, 38 hours per week (09:00-17:00), on a 12-month contract, handling orders and supporting customers from inception to shipment.

The successful candidate will speak Polish, have customer service experience, and work with ERP/CRM systems plus Outlook, Word and Excel. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Polish language ability to liaise with the Customer Rep in Poland.
• Experience in customer service and using ERP/CRM systems.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Validate and process label artwork requests precisely.
• Create and maintain accurate Item Master files.
• Manage label order lifecycle and customer communications.
• Provide label administration support to agents and partners.
• Input and update customer and order data in the ERP system.
• Respond promptly to customer queries regarding contracts and orders.
• Ensure day-to-day department objectives align with corporate goals.
