Job summary

Hastings Direct is seeking a Policy Review Advisor - Multichannel to join our customer‑first team. You will review insurance policies across telephony and digital chat, validating information and making fair, accurate decisions that balance risk with great service.

You will work 37.5 hours weekly in a hybrid setting with one office visit per week and remote work otherwise. The start date is anticipated in 2027, with a structured training period and ongoing development opportunities.
