You will work with Underwriters and colleagues, using Microsoft Office to ensure accurate documentation, timely processing, and continuous improvement in our operations.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
• Demonstrate attention to detail in documentation.
• Willingness to learn and pursue relevant insurance qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Process and validate incoming policy administration tasks accurately and promptly.
• Prioritise high-priority work and meet service standards.
• Liaise with Underwriters and underwriting assistants professionally to resolve queries.
• Attend meetings locally and at other TMHCC offices as required.
