Responsibilities

• Ensure allocated incoming work tasks are processed, maintained and validated accurately, in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed company service standards.
• Liaise with Underwriters, Underwriting Assistants and other colleagues to resolve queries professionally.
• Attend and participate in meetings locally and at other TMHCC offices as required.
