Job summary

Surrey Police and Sussex Police are seeking a People Business Partner to support various portfolios across the collaboration unit. The role covers Public Protection, investigations, and custody, with a focus on people performance and organizational capability.

You will work within a 36-hour week, on a fixed-term contract, and may be appointed on either force's terms. The salary range is aligned with force bands, and flexible working is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in partnership working with senior management teams.
• Ability to identify gaps and risks in local areas and report to People Services.

Responsibilities

• Support Public Protection (Surrey) and Specialist Crime Command Investigations (collaborated).
• Provide guidance to policing teams on people performance and portfolio delivery.
• Influence and implement people-related changes with Command teams and wider People Services.
