Job summary

MBDA is seeking a Business Support Specialist to support the Land Ceptor programme at the Poland Programme Office in the UK. The role focuses on coordinating support for sourcing, contracting, and supply of high value equipment, enabling efficient programme delivery.

You will work in a hybrid environment, interfacing with stakeholders at all levels, and contribute to governance, records management, and process improvements while upholding confidentiality and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with domestic and international stakeholders.
• Provide support to monthly PPO Governance meetings with action tracking.
• Provide records management across the PPO.
• Collaborate with colleagues on continuous improvement for key programme processes and records.
• Coordinate visits across the Poland programmes.
• Ensure key programme documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Facilitate and support internal and external events and workshops.
• Be a key member within the UK Support Function and participate in engagement activities.
