Job summary

MERKUR Casino UK in Leeds is seeking an experienced Poker Supervisor to oversee the poker room operations, support dealers, and deliver an exceptional player experience. You will ensure compliance with gaming regulations, manage staff, and provide strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience at a poker table, thorough knowledge of Texas Hold'em, Omaha and tournament structures, and a commitment to service, integrity, and responsible gaming.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a Poker Supervisor, Poker Floor person, or Senior Poker Dealer.
Strong knowledge of poker variants including Texas Hold'em, Omaha, Seven-Card Stud, and tournament structures.
Thorough understanding of gaming regulations, compliance requirements, and responsible gaming practices.

Responsibilities

Dealing table games to a high standard, in line with company policy and procedures.
Providing a high level of customer service and accurate game commentary.
Demonstrates good table security and informs inspectors, Pit Boss or Casino Manager on players of concern.
Promotes the company professionally with internal and external contacts and adheres to equal opportunities policy.
