Job summary

Grosvenor Casinos is seeking a confident and experienced Poker Supervisor to lead our poker operations. You will oversee the poker room, support dealers and ensure every game runs smoothly, fairly and in line with regulations.

We value leadership, attention to detail and a passion for guest service. This role requires flexibility to work night shifts and weekends in a fast‑paced casino environment within the UK.

Qualifications

• Solid background in poker or table games supervision.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for customer service and guest experience.
• Understanding of gaming compliance and procedures.
• PFL (Personal Functional Licence) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee poker operations and ensure all games run smoothly and fairly.
• Support and guide dealers to maintain high standards.
• Resolve disputes and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience on every shift.
• Ensure the poker room operates efficiently 24/7 and conflicts are de‑escalated.

Are you a natural leader with a passion for poker?

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment to take the lead of our poker operations.

We’re looking for a confident and experienced Poker Supervisor to bring energy, leadership, and precision to our card room. In this role, you’ll oversee poker operations, support and guide dealers, and ensure every game runs smoothly, fairly, and in line with regulations.

You’ll be the central figure of poker operations - resolving disputes, maintaining compliance, and delivering an exceptional guest experience every time.

Skills & Experience Needed

• To be successful, you’ll need a solid background in poker or table games supervision, strong leadership and communication skills, and a cool head under pressure.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for customer service is essential.
• Ideally, you’ll hold a valid Personal Functional Licence (PFL) and have a strong understanding of gaming compliance and procedures.

Please be advised that this role operates within a 24/7 casino environment and will require flexibility to work night shifts and weekends.

Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to work in the UK.
