You will use SAP, CRM and MS Office to manage requests, support sales teams, and uphold professional customer interactions while adhering to company procedures. CAD/electrical qualifications are advantageous for progression.

• Provide technical support to customers and handle product enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Assist internal and external sales teams with technical requirements to drive revenue growth.
• Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the Metal Work product range and applications.
• Navigate websites and use SAP, CRM and Microsoft Office to respond to customer requests.
• Represent Metal Work Pneumatic UK Ltd professionally in all interactions.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with internal departments.
• Follow company procedures and standards and undertake additional tasks as required.
