Job summary

Transport for London is hiring a PMO Systems Specialist focused on Cost Systems to support project control activities across the PMO. You will ensure robust cost management, governance, and reporting, leveraging tools like PRISM/Contruent and Power BI.

The role involves collaborating with the PMO, Tech & Data, and project teams to optimise systems and deliver insights that inform investment decisions. Hybrid work is available, with some on-site requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cost and Project Control for major projects.
• Experience managing IT vendors and projects.
• Experience with APIs and data mapping.
• Power BI reporting experience.
• Knowledge of Contruent and PRISM modules.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert PMO Systems support to projects.
• Coordinate with Tech & Data for upgrades and patches.
• Assist in PMO system project setup and closure.
• Develop data analytics and dashboards for performance insights.
• Lead collaboration with PMO, Tech & Data, and contractors.
• Support information strategy and system deployment.
