Job summary
Transport for London is seeking a PMO Systems Specialist focused on Cost Systems to deliver support for project planning, cost control, governance, and reporting within the PMO. The role requires deep experience with cost systems such as Contruent/PRISM and strong collaboration with stakeholders across the PMO and Tech & Data teams.
The post emphasizes developing capabilities, driving IT-enabled project controls, and contributing to a modern, data-driven PMO in a hybrid work environment with TfL
Qualifications
- Experience with cost and project control systems for major projects.
- Ability to configure and implement PMO information systems.
- Experience with APIs and data mapping.
- Ability to develop Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Experience managing IT vendors and external support.
- Strong stakeholder management in complex project environments.
- Knowledge of PRISM/Contruent and ITIL processes.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert PMO system support and ensure tools meet business needs.
- Liaise with software vendors for issues and support activities.
- Coordinate deployments of software upgrades and patches; manage backups.
- Support project set-up and project close-out within PMO systems.
- Develop data analytics, reports, and dashboards for performance insights.
- Lead collaboration between PMO, Tech & Data and contractors’ systems teams.
