Job summary

Mace is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager in Greater London to lead project teams for multiple water and water recycling projects. You will ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, and sustainability standards.

The ideal candidate will have substantial project management expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders. This role champions safety and inclusivity, while also making a positive impact on clients and the community.

Qualifications

• Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development.
• Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams.
• Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
• Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape the outlook of the projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in the administration of the PMO and project controls process.
• Ensure client’s project governance procedures are followed, including risk, cost and change control.
• Champion a diverse and inclusive working environment.
