Job summary

Gleeds is seeking a PMO Director for the Midlands to own a high-growth portfolio across industrial, manufacturing and logistics programmes. You will shape PMO design, mobilisation and delivery, driving governance, reporting and performance across major property programmes.

You will lead senior client relationships, set PMO strategies, foster market growth and build a high-performing advisory team while championing innovation and service development.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in consultancy or industry.
• Proven experience of business growth and strategic leadership.
• Strong market profile and executive stakeholder relationships.
• Experience of setting and delivering business strategy, growth plans and commercial performance.
• Experience leading senior client relationships, strategic accounts and executive forums.
• Strong people leadership capability including developing high performing teams.
• Ability to build market reputation through thought leadership, innovation and external representation.
• Strong governance, risk, compliance and operational excellence capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment, mobilisation and ongoing management of PMO functions on major capital projects and programmes.
• Take responsibility for establishing, leading and improving PMO functions, ensuring effective governance, controls, reporting and performance management across major programmes and portfolios.
• Lead senior client relationships, develop PMO strategies and operating models.
• Lead key client relationships and strategic accounts.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.
• Build and maintain a high-performing advisory team.
• Champion innovation thought leadership and service development.
• Represent the business at industry, client and executive forums.
• Ensure governance, compliance and operational excellence.
• Align UK activity with service innovation programme.
• Undertake line management.
