Job summary

Gleeds is seeking a Professional Project / Programme Manager to lead delivery of project and programme management services for clients in the UK. The role involves supporting Business Unit Directors, developing and maintaining client relationships, and ensuring high-quality outputs that meet customer requirements.

You will administer contracts as Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent or Project Manager, manage projects to deliver value, and identify growth opportunities across business units

Qualifications

• Sound project management and/or programme management experience post qualification.
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and contract administration.
• Clear understanding of legislation impacting on building contracts.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to work methodically and absorb complex information.

Responsibilities

• Supporting Business Unit Directors in delivering business objectives.
• Positively engaging with customers and developing relationships.
• Delivering high quality services and deliverables meeting customer requirements.
• Managing projects and programmes to deliver high quality services.
• Administering contracts as Contract Administrator, Employer’s Agent or Project Manager.
• Producing and presenting to customers.
• Identifying new business development opportunities and driving growth.
• Managing service delivery for profit.
• Advising directors promptly of issues that may affect projects or insurance.
