Job summary

Gleeds is seeking an Associate Director Project Manager to join the Midlands team, based in Birmingham or Nottingham. You will lead high-impact construction project delivery across Industrial, Manufacturing, and Logistics sectors, guiding teams and ensuring governance.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading project/programme delivery on construction projects.
• Knowledge of procurement strategies and contract conditions.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and managing client relationships.
• Ability to prepare and negotiate fees to achieve profitability.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem solving skills.
