Gleeds is seeking a PMO Director to own the high-growth Midlands portfolio focused on industrial, manufacturing and logistics programmes. You will provide strategic leadership for PMO design, mobilisation and delivery across major property and real estate programmes.

You will lead governance, reporting, client relationships and the advisory team, driving revenue growth and market expansion in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience in consultancy or industry.

About this opportunity

We are seeking an individual to join our Midlands team as a PMO Director, taking ownership of a high-growth portfolio focused on industrial, manufacturing, and logistics programmes. You will provide strategic leadership for the design, mobilisation and delivery of PMO and project controls services across major property and real estate programmes. Drive growth, develop market position and ensure sustainable business performance across our PMO and Controls capability.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead the establishment, mobilisation and ongoing management of PMO functions on major capital projects and programmes
• Take responsibility for establishing, leading and improving PMO functions, ensuring effective governance, controls, reporting and performance management across major programmes and portfolios
• Lead senior client relationships, develop PMO strategies and operating models
• Lead key client relationships and strategic accounts.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability and market expansion.
• Build and maintain a high-performing advisory team.
• Champion innovation thought leadership and service development.
• Represent the business at industry, client and executive forums.
• Ensure governance, compliance and operational excellence.
• Align UK activity with service innovation programme
• Undertake line management
