Job summary

Gleeds is seeking a PMO Director for the Midlands to own a high-growth portfolio across industrial, manufacturing and logistics programmes. You will shape PMO design, mobilisation and delivery, driving governance, reporting and performance across major property programmes.

You will lead senior client relationships, set PMO strategies, foster market growth and build a high-performing advisory team while championing innovation and service development.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are seeking an individual to join our Midlands team as a PMO Director, taking ownership of a high-growth portfolio focused on industrial, manufacturing, and logistics programmes. You will provide strategic leadership for the design, mobilisation and delivery of PMO and project controls services across major property and real estate programmes. Drive growth, develop market position and ensure sustainable business performance across our PMO and Controls capability.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Lead the establishment, mobilisation and ongoing management of PMO functions on major capital projects and programmes
