Job summary

Gleeds is seeking an Associate Director Project Manager to join the Midlands team, based in Birmingham or Nottingham. You will lead high‑impact projects in Industrial, Manufacturing and Logistics, shaping strategy and delivering outcomes for clients.

Ideal candidates bring extensive project leadership experience in construction, strong client management skills, and a track record of driving growth within a consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in delivering project/programme management on construction projects.
• Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Formulating strategies to deliver business objectives.
• Identifying new business development opportunities and driving growth.
• Managing projects per Gleeds processes and governance.
• Agreeing fees and scope of services with senior leadership.
• Leading teams and ensuring resource availability and workload balance.
• Developing and delivering high quality services and deliverables to meet client requirements.
• Managing commercial aspects including invoices and debt management.
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders at senior levels.
