Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an organised and proactive individual to join the DIT Project Management Office. The role involves providing administration, governance and project support across a range of digital projects, reporting to the Head of DIT PMO.

You will work with stakeholders, manage your own workload, and develop in a collaborative, supportive team environment within LTHT.

Qualifications

• Evidence of at least 5 GCSEs A*-C (or equivalent), including English Language, Maths and Science, with a commitment to continued professional development.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a structured project environment and understand change management.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of a wide range of digital projects across the Trust.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and provide governance and administrative support to the DIT PMO.
• Organise workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Maintain concentration and accuracy over sustained periods.
• Communicate effectively at all levels, both written and verbal.
