Job summary

Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a Project Manager to join the Research and Innovation team for a 2-year fixed-term post. You will oversee a portfolio of projects from concept to implementation, focusing on delivery of quality, timescales and budgets using digital tools and data to enhance research delivery.

You will work with NHS colleagues, industry and academia to implement innovative solutions, ensuring benefits realisation and alignment with the LTHT strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven project management experience within healthcare or research settings.
• Knowledge of PRINCE2 or equivalent methodologies preferred.
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of R&I projects from concept to implementation.
• Ensure delivery to defined quality, timescale and budget as per PLDC.
• Collaborate with industry, academia, NHS staff and patients to realise project benefits.
