Undisclosed is seeking a Project Support Officer in Milton Keynes for a 6-month initial contract (with likelihood of extension). The role requires on-site presence (min 2 days per week) and a strong proficiency in JIRA to record, monitor and report progress.

You will support Programme Managers, ensure governance, participate in status reviews, stage gates, financial reviews and portfolio reporting. You will liaise with PMO, finance, and stakeholders to keep projects on track.

• Experience coordinating PMO activities and governance processes.

Aufgaben

• Review Status Reports for consistency and accuracy.
• Support Stage Gate reviews and ensure document linkage to tools.
• Assist with financials, forecasts and budget variance analysis.
• Create programme reports and BoM packs with key risks and actions.
• Coordinate meetings and minutes with stakeholders.
• Maintain RAID log and Dependency Tracker at programme level.
• Collaborate with PMO and finance teams on spend queries.
