Job summary

HIRANI is seeking a PMO/Project Analyst to support a diverse project portfolio by owning PMO systems, analysing data, and providing governance and reporting insights. You will collaborate with project teams, finance, IS, engineering, QA and facilities to ensure delivery is efficient and compliant with organisational standards.

The role offers exposure to complex capital, operational and transformation projects within a regulated, fast-paced, globally recognised organisation.

Qualifications

• PMO or Project Analyst experience in a regulated industry.
• Experience supporting projects or PMO environments within a regulated setting.
• Familiarity with IS, equipment, and facility projects.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of a diverse project portfolio with system ownership and governance.
• Provide data analysis, reporting insight, and training as needed.
• Assist in configuration and access management for the PMO system, and drive continuous improvement.
