Job summary

Built Alliance invites an ambitious Project Manager to join our Leeds office, taking ownership of a varied portfolio across healthcare, education and infrastructure. You will work with Directors and senior leaders to shape delivery and governance.

You will gain exposure across RIBA stages, engage with diverse stakeholders, and develop in cost control, procurement and contract administration while contributing to sustainability initiatives and ESG reporting.

Qualifications

• Has led project delivery across all stages, from inception to completion.
• Experience engaging with public and private clients, funders and design teams.
• Knowledge of cost management, procurement and contract administration; sustainability-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery across all project phases with autonomy.
• Engage with stakeholders including public and private clients and design teams.
• Support cost management and commercial oversight.
• Drive sustainability, Net Zero and ESG reporting within projects.
