Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in London seeks a PMO Manager for a 6-month contract, hybrid working 3 days in the office and 2 from home. You will partner with senior programme leadership to drive governance, portfolio optimisation, and strategic alignment within the ServiceNow Transformation Programme.

You will lead governance, executive reporting, and financial stewardship across the portfolio, managing dependencies, risks, and change control while providing strategic insights to support leadership

Qualifications

PMO governance and delivery standards for large portfolios.
Executive reporting, dashboards and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Portfolio budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Define and enhance PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and delivery standards across the portfolio.
Produce executive reporting, dashboards and presentations for steering committees.
Manage portfolio budgets, including forecasting, actuals tracking, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
Identify and manage cross-programme dependencies, risks, issues and mitigations.
Oversee portfolio-level change control, assessing scope, budget and timeline changes.
Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and outcomes.
