Job summary

Royal London is seeking a PMO Lead to join our PMO team. This pivotal role provides governance, assurance, reporting and operational support across our change portfolio, helping teams deliver change safely, effectively and in line with our established methodologies and standards.

You will design and maintain governance cadences, dashboards and review checkpoints, coach colleagues, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive priority setting, risk management and value delivery across Royal

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, Portfolio PMO or Programme PMO environment.
• Knowledge of change delivery frameworks (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, P3O or MoP).
• Strong reporting and analytical capabilities for stakeholders.
• Effective stakeholder management and collaboration across teams.
• Experience with governance, risk, financial tracking and benefits delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide governance, assurance and operational support for the change portfolio across Royal London UK.
• Support high-quality portfolio, programme and project reporting with clear visibility of progress, risks, issues and finances.
• Embed change methodologies, standards and processes; provide challenge and insight.
• Design, implement and maintain governance cadences, reporting packs, dashboards and review checkpoints.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage priorities and enable confident decision-making.
• Coach and guide less experienced colleagues and promote continuous improvement.
• Support commercial, resource and risk management including budget tracking and procurement activities.
