Join our clients' transformation function as a PMO Lead to provide PMO services supporting the effective delivery of projects within a key strategic programme, Digital Re-platform. Collaborate with project and programme team members throughout the delivery lifecycle to implement and enhance PMO processes.

As a PMO Lead, you'll:

• Collaborate with Programme management to develop and refine existing processes, enhancing PMO service delivery and project processes across the programme.
• Work with the Programme Manager to identify and implement PMO value-add activities to boost delivery effectiveness.
• Lead task management for assigned PMO Analyst colleagues working on the programme.
• Demonstrate excellent attention to detail with the ability to write, critically review documentation, and perform detailed data analysis to drive quality standards across the programme.
• Liaise with the Enterprise PMO team on governance processes required for effective programme delivery.

Skills and Experience:

• Provide PMO Services, including governance, assurance, and delivery support across the programme and component projects.
• Lead the delivery of PMO services at programme and project levels, independently or with PMO Analysts as task managers.
• Champion engagement across programmes and projects, ensuring compliance with project delivery methodology and assurance processes.
• Oversee coordination, collection, and summary of programme and project reporting, ensuring timely updates.
