Job summary

BT Group in Cheltenham seeks a PMO/governance professional to support security-focused project delivery. You will manage documentation, analyse contract data for governance forums and oversee risks, issues and reporting to drive improvements across PMO services.

What you’ll be doing

• Document management, ensuring compliance with agreed document standards and templates.
• Analysis of contract data to qualify/articulate trends and themes focussing on key message types, as required by primary governance forums.
• Management of programme risks and issues, and drives progress, escalating/reporting as appropriate and effectively escalating when risks are not being addressed and ensures high scoring risks receive appropriate attention.
• Create/collate and assure key reports that support the SMT, Delivery and Service Operations teams.
• Identify and assess opportunities for improvement in both business process and PMO service delivery.

• Prince 2 or ITIL qualified (desirable).

Location & Working Hours

This job role is based in Cheltenham. Hybrid (4 days office based & 1 day remote). Mon-Fri 37.5. DV Security Clearance is required. Must have lived in UK for 10+ years to obtain clearance.
