Job summary

Affinity Water is seeking a highly organised PMO Coordinator Lead to drive governance and coordination across its Capital Investment Programme. You will lead the PMO coordination team, influence stakeholders, promote best practices, and continuously improve processes to support strategic objectives.

Reporting to the PMO Manager within the Investment Programme Management (IPM) team, you will collaborate with Investment Estimating, Investment Portfolio, Investment Risk & Planning, Programme

Responsibilities

• Governance and approvals: submission of papers and IPM team approvals following established governance protocols.
• Change control: escalate uncontrolled changes promptly to maintain project integrity and compliance.
• Totex Secretariat: provide full secretariat support for TG/TC meetings, agenda, minute-taking, time management and meeting logistics; follow up on actions.
• Administrative management: manage IPM calendars, schedule meetings, maintain PMO Forward Planner, coordinate meetings and report attendance as required.
• Organise IPM team site visits and other logistics to ensure smooth engagement between PMO and stakeholders.
• Support PMO delivery: ensure portfolio tasks/projects are planned, managed and delivered; monitor project spends on Fusion; capture lessons learned and ensure proper approvals of expenditures.
