Job summary
Anglian Water Services is seeking a Portfolio Delivery Manager/Senior Portfolio Delivery Manager to lead a major capital delivery portfolio in Peterborough. The role involves coordinating planning, risk, governance and performance insights across complex investment portfolios to enable confident decisions and successful delivery.
You will work within the Capital Delivery PMO, collaborating with internal teams and partners, with flexible working arrangements and senior stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience in portfolio, programme or project management within capital delivery.
- Ability to connect information across projects to form a portfolio view.
- Strong analytical and planning skills with good judgement.
- Experience in infrastructure, utilities or regulated environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Bring together portfolio plans, priorities, milestones and dependencies for safe, timely delivery.
- Monitor delivery performance and identify risks, issues and opportunities.
- Coordinate across project, programme and portfolio teams to improve planning and decision-making.
- Support Portfolio Boards and governance forums with clear, evidence-based decisions.
- Maintain oversight of portfolio risks and mitigations, escalating concerns as needed.
- Translate complex delivery information into concise messages for senior leaders.
