Job summary

Nominet is seeking an experienced PMO lead to shape and govern the investment lifecycle across a hybrid delivery estate, transitioning from Waterfall to Agile. You’ll ensure quality assurance, reporting and portfolio support from demand through to benefits realization.

You will lead capacity planning, budgeting and resource scheduling, building a community of practice and coordinating with Executives and Sponsors to drive progress and remove blockers.

Qualifications

• Experience managing PMO delivery across mixed Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Proven track record delivering portfolio-level reporting and governance.
• Experience with capacity planning, budgeting and resourcing.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end investment lifecycle delivery methods across Agile & Waterfall.
• Develop transition plans from current to target governance and methods.
• Build communities of practice to refine delivery methods continually.
