IOP Publishing is seeking a curious Business Analyst to join its PMO in Bristol. You will explore problems, map processes and develop actionable recommendations that drive meaningful change across the organisation.

Working with cross-functional teams, you’ll gather requirements, write user stories, define success measures and help build business cases that support investment and delivery. This hybrid role offers a flexible pattern and a chance to contribute to a not-for-profit society publisher

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis and continuous improvement.
• Ability to map processes and elicit requirements.
• Experience translating data into actionable recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery activities to understand challenges.
• Facilitate workshops to gather and document requirements.
• Map and analyse business processes to identify inefficiencies.
• Apply structured problem-solving and root-cause analysis.
• Use data to identify trends and support decisions.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Help define business cases, benefits, ROI, and success measures.
• Support delivery with project, product, and tech teams.
• Introduce practical BA tools and frameworks.
