JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London is seeking a Junior Associate PMO Support to help govern programs and deliver measurable business value across Global Program Management. You will partner with Project Managers, support process improvements, and uphold high standards across our portfolio.

The role emphasizes governance checks, compliance with firmwide policies, and opportunities to work with VS Code, Github, CoPilot, and Microsoft 365 tools to streamline reporting and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, PM, or related field.
• Experience supporting project management tools, reporting, and governance.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and data reporting.

Responsabilités

• Perform governance, audit, and compliance checks on GPM projects.
• Ensure processes align with firmwide policies and are followed.
• Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency, controls, and user experience.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to understand challenges and assist with solutions.
• Monitor data quality and project hygiene for senior management reporting.
• Administer system access, distribution lists, SharePoint permissions, and onboarding activities.
• Execute PMO workflows and act as a Subject Matter Expert on the PM Toolset.
• Deliver training and support for project management tools and processes.
• Maintain PMO reference materials and contribute to team communications.
• Support innovation intake, solution governance, and promote innovation awareness.
• Identify and recommend automation and process improvement opportunities.
