Job summary

JPMorgan Chase’s Corporate and Investment Bank is seeking an Associate in Global Program Management to support broad program, project, and process agendas across Finance, Risk, and Regulatory changes.

You will help initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects, creating key documentation and coordinating multi-team activities. Strong PM background and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Change Management or Project Management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Attention to detail and clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Support Cross Functional, Legal Entity Strategy and Risk Change Management agendas, including regulatory programs and projects.
• Set up and manage projects through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling and closing.
• Create and manage key project documentation: business requirements, project timeline, RAID log, and related materials.
• Follow the GPM minimum control points framework from start to closure with SOW and governance.
• Communicate status to stakeholders and Senior Management via scorecards and milestone tracking; update the myPM tool.
• Coordinate working group and Steering group meetings; prepare materials in PowerPoint; record minutes and action owners.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, Business Management, Technology, Operations.
• Collaborate with technology to ensure design/build meets needs; oversee testing across lines of business.
• Utilize automation/innovation tools to deliver project deliverables.
