Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate for Model Risk Management – Program Management within the MRGR Chief Operating Office. You will help design, implement and execute the firm’s model risk framework and support review processes across global teams.

The role emphasizes coordinating with policy, product and analytics teams, preparing materials for risk committees, and contributing to CCAR and regulatory deliverables. A strong program management background and risk literacy are essential.

• Good understanding of risk management frameworks and the Three Lines of Defense model in large organizations.

Responsibilities

• Support model risk coverage activities for MRGR Lines of Business and prepare material for key Risk Committees and Forums.
• Monitor and report model risk metrics and escalate breaches.
• Centrally manage programs owned by MRGR to ensure smooth execution (inventory, CCAR, etc.).
• Engage with senior leaders and model review teams on regulatory deliverables.
• Identify process pain points and coordinate with COO teams to implement improvements.
