Job summary

London Luton Airport Operations Ltd is offering an Apprentice PMO role as part of the London Luton Airport Apprenticeship Programme. You will gain hands-on experience in data coordination, reporting, and project support within a busy airport PMO.

The Level 3 Data Fundamentals Apprenticeship runs for 14 months (12 training, 2 EPA) and is delivered by LDN Apprenticeships. Work is hybrid, with 3 days in the office and 37 hours per week.

Qualifications

• English and Maths GCSE Grade 4 (C) or above, or Functional Skills Level 2.
• Experience in administration or related environments is a plus.
• Confidence using digital tools and basic data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review and collate data to assist in reports and KPI tracking.
• Support data collection and analysis for reviews and monthly reporting.
• Track project spend and highlight risks to leaders.
• Update internal systems and databases with accurate information.
• Assist in preparing policies, templates and guidance for projects.
