Job summary

London Luton Airport invites applications for an Apprentice in the PMO as part of the London Luton Airport Apprenticeship Programme. You will gain a Level 3 Data Fundamentals Apprenticeship with LDN Apprenticeships, delivering business support, data handling, and coordination across our projects.

The role includes data reporting, stakeholder liaison, and administration with a 14‑month duration (12 months training, 2 months EPA). Hybrid work with in‑office days and development days are provided.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4 (C) or above or Functional Skills Level 2.
• Desirable: previous administration, business or volunteering experience; confidence with digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing and collating data from across the business to assist in reports and planning.
• Supporting data collection and analysis for annual, quarterly, and monthly reviews.
• Tracking project spend and performance and flagging risks to leaders.
• Updating internal systems and databases with accurate information.
• Contributing to policies, templates and guidance for standardised projects.
• Coordinating meetings, minute-taking and follow-up actions; supporting site visits.
