PMO Analyst - Transformation Programme Lead

Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a highly organised PMO Analyst to support governance, reporting, planning and delivery coordination across multiple workstreams within our Forensic Programme.

You will work closely with Programme Leadership, Product Managers, and Project Managers to ensure visibility, consistency, and effective decision-making across a major business and technology transformation programme.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in a PMO/PMO Analyst/Project Analyst/Project Support role.
• Experience supporting large-scale programmes and transformation initiatives.
• Strong governance, RAID management, reporting and delivery controls.
• Excellent stakeholder management and organisational skills.
• Ability to engage with both business and technical teams; Azure DevOps experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain RAID logs, action trackers, decision logs, and milestone plans
• Produce programme status reports, governance packs, and leadership updates
• Track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions
• Coordinate delivery information across teams and stakeholders
• Support governance meetings, workshops, and programme forums
• Maintain programme documentation and reporting standards
• Support reporting activities through Azure DevOps and related tools
