Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Senior PMO to lead governance and delivery across large transformation programmes in a global, multi-stakeholder environment. You will own the central plan, RAID logs, and executive-level reporting while partnering with the Programme Lead to drive decision-making.

The role requires extensive PMO and programme management experience within financial services or similar environments, with strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills. London-based work is expected.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in PMO or programme management within large-scale transformations.
• Proven ability to govern complex, multi-year programmes with distributed global stakeholders.
• Strong governance, planning, and control discipline.
• Experience in both Agile and traditional delivery environments.
• Excellent communication skills enabling clear executive messaging.
• Experience in financial services and large-scale platform transformations is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own / maintain the central programme plan, including milestones, dependencies, and critical path across all workstreams.
• Maintain programme-wide RAID logs and proactively manage risks and issues.
• Drive high-quality status reporting, including executive summaries and steering materials.
• Establish and run governance forums with clear agenda, actions and decisions.
• Ensure decisions are documented with ownership and follow-up.
• Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and surface delivery risks early.
• Provide transparency on resource capacity and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across business, technology and operations.
• Support vendor management processes and track contractual deliverables.

Role Summary: As an experienced PMO you must have a strong track record delivering large-scale transformation programmes across complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You will be comfortable operating at the intersection of business and technology while providing control, structure and clarity to senior leadership. We’re looking for a Senior PMO to:

• Act as the programme control lead for our Loans transformation programme, ensuring consistent execution across all workstreams
• Provide a single, accurate view of programme health, risks, dependencies and delivery status
• Own programme governance, reporting, and planning disciplines across a global stakeholder landscape
• Partner directly with the Programme Lead to enable senior stakeholder management and decision-making
• Drive structure, accountability and consistency across business, technology, operations and vendor stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own / maintain the central programme plan, including milestones, dependencies, and critical path across all workstreams
• Maintain and govern programme-wide RAID logs, ensuring risks and issues are proactively identified and managed
• Drive consistent and high-quality status reporting, including executive-level summaries and steering materials
• Establish and help run governance forums (Steering Committee, Programme Working Group, Workstream forums, vendor governance) including agenda, actions, and decision tracking
• Ensure all programme decisions are clearly documented with ownership, rationale and follow-up
• Manage cross-workstream dependencies and surface conflicts or delivery risks early
• Provide transparency on resource capacity, gaps and alignment to delivery timelines
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement across business, technology and operations groups
• Support vendor management processes, including tracking contractual deliverables and escalations
• Act as a trusted partner to the Programme Lead, ensuring they have clear, concise, and actionable information to drive decisions

SKILLS

Must have

• 7+ years of experience in PMO, programme management, or delivery roles within large-scale transformation initiatives
• Proven experience supporting complex, multi-year programmes with distributed global stakeholders
• Strong understanding of programme governance, planning, and control disciplines
• Experience operating in both Agile and traditional delivery environments
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including exposure to senior leadership and steering committees
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex delivery information into clear executive messaging
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to challenge constructively and drive accountability across teams
• Experience with financial services and large-scale platform transformations (LoanIQ or similar) is highly desirable
• Advanced skills in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and programme planning tools
