Consula Group LTD in London is seeking a PMO Analyst to support delivery of projects and programmes across the business. You will work with project managers, senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to keep plans, RAID logs and progress reporting on track.

The role offers exposure to governance, planning, risk management and stakeholder coordination, with a collaborative, proactive mindset and a pathway to grow in PMO and business transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery and coordination of projects and programmes
  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers and key documentation
  • Produce regular project status reports and management information
  • Track milestones, deadlines, budgets and deliverables
  • Support project governance, meetings and reporting cycles
  • Prepare agendas, papers, minutes and follow-up actions
  • Work with stakeholders across different teams to gather updates and information
  • Identify risks, issues and dependencies and ensure these are appropriately tracked
  • Help improve PMO processes, systems and ways of working
  • Provide general project and administrative support as required

PMO Analyst - London Organisation

Consula are hiring on behalf of a leading London-based organisation for a PMO Analyst to join their growing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised, analytical and motivated professional looking to build or develop their career within Project Management, PMO and business transformation.

The Role

As a PMO Analyst, you will support the successful delivery of a range of projects and programmes, working closely with project managers, senior stakeholders and wider business teams. You'll help ensure projects are well organised, accurately tracked and delivered effectively.

This is a varied role offering exposure to project governance, reporting, planning, risk management and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery and coordination of projects and programmes
  • Maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers and key documentation

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and keen to develop a career in project management or PMO.

You may already have experience in a PMO, project support, business operations, administration or coordination role, or you may be looking to take the next step in your career.

You should have:

Previous PMO or project experience is desirable but not essential - we're particularly interested in candidates with strong transferable skills and the right attitude.
