Job summary

Munich Re Specialty – Global Markets seeks a PMO Analyst to join the Manchester team on a full-time basis. You will support project delivery within a large transformation programme, reporting to the Portfolio and Transformation Management Office Lead.

You will work with Project Managers to challenge plans, manage RAID, and develop artefacts, ensuring governance and quality across the delivery lifecycle in a complex change environment.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day project management activities including reporting, change control, planning, and RAID management.
• Create and maintain resource demand forecasts, coordinating with resource managers to secure and align resources in GoldMine.
• Coordinate cross-programme tasks to provide bandwidth to the Programme Manager/PMO.
• Ensure compliance with the project management framework and organisational standards.
• Support assurance reviews and produce artefacts; liaise with relevant parties.
• Develop artefacts such as PID, status reports, project plans and change requests.
• Help implement governance for structuring, reviewing, and filing key deliverables; embed best practice.
• Prepare and deliver concise, timely project status reporting for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with WBS, resources, and critical path; support governance meetings with professional presentations.
• Document decisions and actions of meetings; deputise for the Project Manager as required.
• Provide general communications to the Programme and support knowledge capture from delivery teams.
• Assist teams with tool usage and license management; administer SharePoint as needed.
