Job summary

Munich Re Group in London seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to deliver key projects within our Global Change Portfolio. Hybrid work 2-3 days per week, driving end-to-end delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and external partners to achieve timely and on-budget outcomes.

The role supports the Programme Director in delivering the European growth strategy, with a focus on the European Expansion programme. Strong leadership and change management capabilities are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects in insurance or financial services.
• Experience leading multi-year programmes with complex stakeholder networks.
• Strong communication and leadership across senior management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive project delivery with stakeholders at all levels.
• Define project scope, planning, resource allocation and milestone tracking.
• Manage budgets with the Programme Director and PMO.
• Coordinate internal teams and external parties including TPAs and fronting companies.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues and change impact; report to leadership.
