Job summary

Procentia, part of the Brightwell Group, is seeking a PMO Analyst to join our team in the pensions software space. You’ll support client implementations, keep projects on track with governance, and drive continuous improvement while helping scale our Programme Management capability.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality outcomes for clients and supporting internal change initiatives across the business. Experience in pensions/financial services is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ PMO Analyst, Client Delivery, or Project Management experience.
• Experience in IT environments, ideally pensions or financial services, with direct customer exposure.
• Experience developing and executing governance frameworks to improve transparency and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support new client implementations and configure/deliver platform solutions.
• Help keep projects on track with PMO governance, risk management, and reporting.
• Support internal change initiatives and continuous improvement across the business.
• Strengthen PMO standards to ensure on-time delivery within budget.
