Job summary

Procentia is seeking a PMO Analyst to support client implementations and internal change initiatives. You will work with project managers, consultants and client teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.

The role emphasizes governance, transparency and continuous improvement, with opportunities to influence processes and tools to support growth and better client outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years in PMO Analyst, Client Delivery, or Project Management.
  • Experience in IT environments, pensions or financial services preferred with customer-facing exposure.
  • Experience supporting governance frameworks, improving transparency and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Support new client implementations and configure/deliver the platform to meet client needs.
  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants and client teams to keep projects on track and delivering value.
  • Support internal change initiatives and embed best practices across the programme management function.
  • Track progress, manage risks, and support governance and reporting to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Job Overview

As part of our continued growth, we’re excited to be looking for a PMO Analyst to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll play an important part in both delivering brilliant outcomes for our clients and supporting meaningful internal change across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting new client implementations – help ensure a smooth start for our clients as we configure and deliver our platform to meet their needs.
  • Enabling successful client projects and change initiatives – work alongside project managers, consultants, and client teams to keep projects on track, ensuring they run smoothly, meet expectations, and deliver real value.
  • Driving internal change and continuous improvement – support internal initiatives, helping improve how we work, embed best practices, and strengthen our programme management capability.
  • Strengthening PMO standards and quality – track progress, manage risks, support governance and reporting to ensure projects are delivered with quality, on time, and within budget.

Essential Experience
  • Minimum 3 years experience in a PMO Analyst, Client Delivery, or Project Management role.
  • Experience working in an IT environment, ideally within pensions or financial services, with direct customer‑facing exposure.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting the development and execution of governance frameworks, driving improved transparency, accountability, and delivery outcomes.
