Job summary

The Boeing Company is seeking an undergraduate intern for a PMO Analyst role at our Frimley, UK site. This full-time internship focuses on portfolio reporting, governance, and project planning within the Global Services, Commercial Modifications Europe Programme Management Office.

You will assist with development of PMO processes, dashboards and documentation, gaining hands-on experience with PRINCE2/Agile/PMI methods and Smartsheet, MS Project, and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should be studying towards a degree.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Analytical mindset with an interest in business improvement and project delivery.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Exposure to project management methodologies such as PRINCE2, Agile, or PMI.
• Working knowledge of Smartsheet for data tracking and reporting.
• Experience of project planning tools (e.g. Microsoft Project).
• Experience creating dashboards or management reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist with portfolio reporting, project planning, governance activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to development of portfolio dashboards, reporting packs, and governance materials.
• Assist Project Managers in developing and maintaining project plans and schedules.
• Track project milestones, actions, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Support project status reporting and progress updates.
• Follow up on actions and deliverables with project stakeholders.
