Acron Aviation Solutions, Crawley, is offering an Industrial Placement Candidate role within the Operations team. You will support bidding, capture management, and project lifecycle tasks across business units in a fast-paced environment.

You will gain exposure to engineering, supply chain, sales, finance, and marketing, influencing stakeholders and helping deliver competitive bid proposals for new business opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Must be studying in a relevant degree field – Business Management, Finance with Business Management module.
• Affinity to detail, with excellent interpersonal communication skills and fully proficient in English (written and spoken).
• Commercial awareness and understanding of risk management.

Aufgaben

• Providing support to the Project Management and Operations teams, helping out with various tasks, running reports, and various other adhoc activities, including collaborations with a variety of stakeholders, typically involving Sales, Commercial, Finance, Operations, In‑Service Support.
• Managing Acron Aviation functional teams to review customer requirements and ensure an accurate scope of effort for completion.
• Preparing and managing handover to contract delivery with key stakeholders, such as technical teams, project management, customer support, and sales account executive for successful project launch.
• Supporting the governance process to obtain appropriate approvals in a timely manner.
• Maintaining detailed records of all bids and proposals, including keeping documentation up to date as required.
• Facilitating value‑focused solutions to meet bespoke customer requirements in conjunction with subject matter experts and key stakeholders.
• Maintaining high ethical standards and performing duties in accordance with all company policies and procedures.
• Any other duties as may be required to meet or enhance the objectives of the business capture function.
