Job summary

Ideal candidates are currently pursuing or just completed a degree in Project Management, Business Management or related fields, with basic PM knowledge and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in project management or related field, or PM qualification.
• Basic understanding of planning, scheduling and tracking milestones.
• Experience with MS Office for reporting and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement an automated workflow within Boeing's PM tools to support live updates.
• Assist planning and day-to-day delivery of the Aerospace Engineering R&T Programme.
• Track schedules, milestones, actions and deliverables to stay on time.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes and actions with stakeholders.
• Maintain project docs, updates and records for clear communication.
• Support collaboration between technical and non-technical teams.
• Gain practical PM experience in an aerospace innovation setting.
